Introducing Tyler Loerzel, a recent @gmc_prepschool graduate starting at @georgiacollege this fall, where he plans to study Finance with a keen interest in Financial Engineering. At Fouts Bros Inc., Tyler works on inventory management and enhancing our website, collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure trucks are properly tagged and displayed online. He sought this internship to explore his career interests and gain valuable experience before college. Tyler finds the opportunity to work in a real business environment and collaborate with talented colleagues most exciting. He values the patience he's learned in managing projects efficiently. Originally from a suburban town near Chicago, Tyler has called Milledgeville home for the past seven years.

Intern Spotlight!

Meet Landon McCart, a student at Georgia College & State University graduating in May 2025 with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Finance. He is passionate about hunting, spending time with his dog Sinclair, and cooking. As a Sales Operations Associate at Smyrna Truck, Landon focuses on enhancing the Quality Control app and supporting the sales team to meet customer needs. He sought the internship to experience a fast-paced, high-production environment where he could make a tangible impact. Learning to multitask effectively has been invaluable, and he's gained extensive industry knowledge and valuable connections at Smyrna Truck. Post-graduation, Landon plans to pursue a career in sales, potentially in commercial real estate, while also launching his own business. He praises Fouts Bros Inc.'s supportive company culture, emphasizing collaboration and growth among colleagues.

Meet Patrick Morris, a recent Georgia College & State University graduate, with a degree in Management Information Systems. He is currently pursuing a Master's in the same field with a focus on AI. Outside of academics, he enjoys golf, video games, and recently adopted a black cat named Pearl. As a Sales Operations Associate at Smyrna Truck, Patrick revamped their Quality Control app and contributed to key projects. He values real-world experience and plans to explore new opportunities outside the Southeast after graduation, leveraging skills gained in a dynamic work environment.

Meet Grant Motley, a senior Management Information Systems major at Georgia College & State University, who serves as our Operations Project Lead. Beyond work, Grant enjoys sports, with a newfound interest in golf, and fun fact - he's half Colombian. His role involves collaborating with software developers to re-launch Smyrna’s Manufacturing Execution System (MES) in van production lines across Milledgeville and LaGrange, enhancing real-time data capture and efficiency. Grant sought this internship to expand his skills and gain direct experience in his field.

Meet Ryley Cole, a recent graduate of @georgiacollege, and our parent company, Fouts Bros Inc's very first intern! Throughout his time with us, Ryley has swiftly advanced from intern to Project Coordinator. With a degree in Management Information Systems, Ryley began his career optimizing operations as a Salesforce Administrator. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities like kayaking and fishing, as well as cooking and art. Ryley's dedication to personal growth is evident in his pursuit of further education and Salesforce certifications, reflecting his commitment to both professional excellence and a balanced lifestyle.
